Patrick offers a home visit service in Sports Massage Therapy which is great for those with busy lives that requires no travelling away from the house. He has previously worked as a freelance Personal Trainer and Sports Masseur at The Esporta Health and Racquets Club in Brighton from 2006-2009, and can still provide personal training sessions on request.
He spent 3 years playing for Eastbourne Borough Football Club helping them to gain promotion to the nationwide Blue Square Premier Division, and is currently signed to Horsham Football Club in the Ryman Premier Division for season 2009/2010. He has experience of completing a South Downs Marathon (2009), the London to Brighton bike ride (2000, 2008), and an Esporta Triathlon (2008). He has also performed pre and post massage on participants at the Brighton Half Marathon (2010).
