About Patrick Harding

Patrick is a fully qualified Sports Massage Therapist and Personal Trainer. He set up his own business in 2006 after completing an Exercise Science Degree at Brighton University, and studying Premier Diplomas in Sports Massage and Personal Training. He is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs level 3), has passed a Premier Certificate in Sports Nutrition, and gained a Premier Certificate in The Theory of Sports Injuries.
Patrick offers a home visit service in Sports Massage Therapy which is great for those with busy lives that requires no travelling away from the house. He has previously worked as a freelance Personal Trainer and Sports Masseur at The Esporta Health and Racquets Club in Brighton from 2006-2009, and can still provide Personal Training sessions on request.
He spent 3 years playing for Eastbourne Borough Football Club helping them to gain promotion to the nationwide Blue Square Conference Premier Division, and has been a semi-professional footballer in the Ryman leagues since 2009, currently with Burgess Hill Town FC. He has experience of completing the South Downs Marathon (2009, 2010, 2011), the London to Brighton bike ride (2000, 2008), and an Esporta Triathlon (2008). He has also performed pre and post massage on the participants at the Brighton Half Marathon (2010).
